consciously be. sessions

This is for you if:
  • You find yourself reacting to the same types of everyday occurrences (a dirty dish, an offensive remark, someone’s attitude) and you don’t want these things to bother you anymore.

  • You tend to leave play and self-care off of your calendar.

  • On a regular basis, the dialogue inside your mind might be saying, this is not good enough, I can’t do that, I don’t need help.

  • You know you want to be living an authentic life but you worry about judgments from your closest relationships, while you also battle with self shame. You long to be free from this, and free to be your truest self.    

  • You are ready to confront the wounds underneath that cause these triggers and inner dialogue.

  • You know you’ve been neglecting your inner child and it’s showing up in the way you navigate your relationships, especially the one you have with yourself. 

  • You are navigating boundaries. Identifying and honoring boundaries for yourself and others. You want to know how to maintain boundaries as a necessity rather than luxury.

  • You are going through a separation / divorce. You want to go about the process as mindful as possible with your partner and children meanwhile doing your best to begin again.

  • You are a caretaker (parent, bonus parent, soon to be parent) and you are looking to connect with your children on a deeper level. ​

In our 1:1 sessions, I create a space for you to explore these nuances, these tiny pieces of your every day that make up the mosaic of your life. I use a variety of modalities, including:

This is a safe, non-judgemental, private, and playful container for you to embark on this profound adventure back to your Self. The combination of techniques and recommendations I provide you are based on your individual needs and what comes up in your session. No matter the modality, I will always encourage you to come back to the power within you, so you can fully, consciously be.

All sessions are one-on-one and are held as a series over the course of 3-6 months. Each session is 60 minutes with 20 minute check in calls between. Sessions are held over Zoom.
